Dear Ms. James:

 

Our office will prepare an Answer and Affirmative Defense, on your behalf, in response to the Breach of Contract complain filed by Joseph Dunne, of Dunne and Dow, on behalf of Sam Kirk.

 

The next court appearance will take place April 15, 2021, at 9:00 a.m.,  at the Circuit Court, Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, DuPage County, Chancery Division, located at 505 North County Farm Road, Courtroom 2003[eN2] , in Wheaton.  The Chancery Division is located on the second floor of the DuPage County Courthouse. Please meet Michelle Valencic outside Courtroom 2003[eN3]  at 8:45 a.m. At this hearing, Ms. Valancic will file an appearance and the Answer and Affirmative Defense.

 

Please contact the office to schedule a meeting after the court hearing on April 15th, and before the next court hearing, which will be set April 15.
